A Resort Experience Designed Just for Dogs

A place your dog can truly settle in — and stretch out.

Dogpatch Resort is a small, owner-operated boarding retreat designed for dogs who thrive with consistency, space, and attentive care. Set on open land with room to explore, run, and decompress, we offer a calm alternative to traditional boarding environments.

With years of hands-on experience and a deep respect for each dog’s individual needs, our days balance structured routines with meaningful outdoor activity. We provide ample space for dogs who need room to move and exercise, while maintaining thoughtful supervision and a pace that helps dogs feel comfortable and secure. Dogpatch is especially well-suited for dogs who benefit from active outdoor time paired with a quieter, more intentional setting.

All dogs must be registered before staying at Dogpatch. Registration helps us get to know your dog and ensure the best possible experience.

After registration, new dogs begin with a trial assessment so we can determine the best fit.

What Makes Dogpatch Different

Small-scale, intentional care
We limit numbers and prioritize individual attention so dogs aren’t overwhelmed by constant noise or crowding.

Real outdoor time
Dogs have access to open land and meaningful outdoor activity, with room to move, explore, and exercise at a pace that suits them.

Experienced, hands-on supervision
Care is provided with a deep understanding of dog behavior, group dynamics, and individual needs — not a one-size-fits-all approach.

Is Dogpatch the Right Fit for Your Dog?

Dogpatch is well suited for dogs who benefit from structure, experienced supervision, and plenty of outdoor time. While our pace is intentional and thoughtful, high-energy and exuberant dogs are absolutely welcome here — especially those who need room to move, run, and fully use their bodies.

What matters most is not energy level, but whether a dog does well with routine, clear boundaries, and a setting that balances activity with the ability to settle. Our goal is to meet dogs where they are, providing both the exercise they need and the calm they benefit from. Some dogs come here to slow down. Others come here to finally have enough space to speed up.
