🛏️ Where will my dog sleep?
All dogs must be crate trained. We believe having a peaceful, private “hotel room” helps dogs rest after playtime. Sleeping areas are climate-controlled, with aromatherapy, soft music, and sometimes movies. We monitor them with cameras and microphones overnight.
⏰ Why do I need an appointment for tours or drop-offs?
For insurance and safety, dogs are put away when human visitors are on-site. We schedule these times to minimize interruptions to playtime.
🔒 Is your facility secure?
We take every precaution, but we are an outdoor action resort. Some dogs can jump fences — we cannot accept dogs that have this habit. All parks are fenced, and dogs are supervised outdoors at all times.
🐕 Does my dog need to be socialized?
Yes — dogs must be friendly with both people and other dogs. While we can separate dogs, we aim for a fun group experience and do not accept aggressive behavior.
🎾 Is group play safe?
We group dogs by size, play style, and comfort level. No toys are allowed in play areas to avoid conflicts. While rare, minor disagreements can happen. Groups are small (4–9 dogs), and our staff monitors constantly to prevent issues.
🌟 How do you introduce new dogs to the pack?
Gradually, at the dog’s comfort level. Our “welcome crew” helps ease newcomers in before meeting the whole group.
👵 My dog is older/younger — will they be okay?
We tailor activities for seniors and puppies. Older dogs get extra rest and softer beds, puppies get carefully chosen playmates and help with house training.
📅 How far in advance should I book?
As early as possible — especially for holidays and summer dates, as space is limited.
🚿 Will my dog be clean when I pick them up?
We give every dog a warm water rinse before going home, but we recommend scheduling a grooming session afterward — dogs often bring home a little bit of Dogpatch fun with them!
📷 Will I get updates during my dog’s stay?
Yes! We post daily updates to Instagram Stories so you can see your dog enjoying their vacation. Remember however that often a dog is either preoccupied sniffing or we forget to get every dog on camera, but just keep watching and you will surely see him
🩺 What if my dog gets sick or injured?
We will contact you immediately and, if needed, take your dog to your preferred veterinarian or our trusted local clinic.
🍽️ Do you feed raw diets?
Yes — we are happy to serve raw meals if they are pre-portioned and labeled.
🌟 What if my dog has poor recall?
You may see your dog at times with a long line during play, or a gps collar. We use the gps collars for safety when the dogs are in the yard for a sniffari
🚫 Are there any breeds you don’t accept?
We don’t discriminate by breed, but all dogs must meet our temperament and safety requirements.
🧸 Can my dog have toys during their stay?
Toys are not allowed in group play areas for safety reasons, but your dog can have toys in their private crate or suite.
💳 What payment methods do you accept?
