  🚗 Drop off and Pick up timing
  You will get a confirmation the day before boarding that reminds you of your appointment timing
• We understand that schedules don’t always line up perfectly. Our goal is to keep each guest’s day running smoothly and stress-free, so it is important that you arrive at the time of your appointment or call us at 503-486-9140 as soon as possible if you are delayed or arriving early

  🛣️ Getting Here
• After turning onto SE Royer Road, if you begin going downhill, stop and call us — you’ve gone the wrong way.
• Once you turn up Royer Road, we are the 7th and last house on the right.
• Look for a black gate with a dog head in the center.
• 
  🅿️ Arrival & Parking
• When you arrive at our gate, call 503-486-9140.
  Always best to call — we often do not hear text notifications.
• Please wait until the gate opens, then drive up and stop at the first set of shops.
• Only one car through the gate at a time — there is no automatic eye.
• Please keep dogs in car or on leash until we come get them
• If you are running late or early, call us as soon as possible so we’re ready for you.

  🦴 What to Bring
• Your dog’s regular food with directions for amount and labeled in a container that does not need to be returned
• Medications in  containers with instructions if possible only as much as required for stay
• Allergy-safe treats if applicable
• Optional comfort item like a blanket or worn t-shirt
• Please skip large beds, ceramic bowls, or anything fragile — we have everything else covered.
